A bilingual consultancy site unified with an AI environmental-consultation platform: model-routed Claude chat (Haiku for simple, Sonnet for complex), tiered billing via Paymob, and an AI-to-human expert escalation workflow with an admin knowledge base.
Moannas Salem Foundation for Women’s Empowerment
A safe, privacy-first platform for women journalists and working women: confidential support requests and testimonies (pseudonyms, no auto-publish), advocacy campaigns, and training programs. Consent-first data architecture, fully RTL, mobile-first for a 90%+ mobile audience.
Community initiative — digital detox
An awareness campaign on screen addiction: an interactive “are you addicted?” quiz with scoring, a 7-day challenge and daily planner, an advice wall with user stories, and volunteer sign-up. Serverless forms backed by Supabase.
Life Makers (Ajyal Sona3 El Hayah) — Beni Suef
A humanitarian case-management platform: family & beneficiary registry, a full case lifecycle with audit trail and committee review, volunteer and operations tracking, plus a public NGO site. PWA / offline-capable for field work on weak networks; PDF report generation.
Hazem Abdelbaset — brand & visual designer
A portfolio and client-acquisition site with a full self-service CMS: rich-text blog, projects and case studies, a built-in booking / scheduling system, and a popup & lead-capture builder. Heavy motion and 3D (GSAP, Three.js), with a 14-table schema secured by row-level security.
BMSA — medical students’ association (IFMSA-Egypt)
The official bilingual site and CMS for a medical students’ association: standing-committee and division pages, activities, a merch shop with dynamic sizing, membership forms, and a password-protected admin panel. Row-level security, with a graceful fallback to bundled data.
OptimaTech — for training centers, NGOs & instructors
My work: the Arabic-first web admin dashboard for OptimaLearn, our training-operations platform. An operations dashboard with KPIs, program and learner management with attendance and risk scoring, finance tracking, and an AI operations assistant. (Part of a broader product that also has a separate mobile app.)
Independent R&D
An experiment in safe AI agency: a deterministic agent loop with a code-level “Guardian” safety layer, typed persistent memory, a slow-changing self-profile, and keyless self-directed web learning. Vendor-neutral LLM layer; runs fully offline by default. Explicitly not a claim of consciousness.
End to end: product thinking, full-stack engineering, and AI integration — plus the practices that make software hold up in the field.
I'm Zeyad Mohammed, founder of OptimaTech — a Beni Suef studio building bilingual, RTL-native digital platforms, custom CMS and admin systems, and AI assistants for Egyptian teams and NGOs.
I work end to end: product, full-stack engineering, and AI integration. I've shipped an environmental-consulting SaaS with model-routed Claude chat, a humanitarian case-management system that works offline in the field, a women's-empowerment platform designed around consent and privacy, and our own Arabic-first learning platform — among others.
What ties it together: I care about software that's usable in Arabic from day one, honest about what it does, and built to be handed over with clean, documented code.
